Tirana/Belgrade, 16 August 2026, dtt-net.com – Albanian authorities reported Sunday 27 wildfires of which 8 still remain active and 4 are under monitoring.
According to the Ministry of Defence, 100 army members are helping nearly 400 firefighters and police officers in the ongoing fight against blazes amid heatwave in the country.
Serbia authorities said that 193 are registered Sunday with most of them localized.
