The Hague, 14 July 2025, dtt-net.com – The former chief of Serbia’s intelligence and security agency, Jovica Stanišić, sentenced of war crimes in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Croatia during the Balkans wars in the ‘90s, will serve remaining 5 years of prison sentence in Germany, the UN court in The Hague decided today.
Stanišić was sentenced to total 15 years of imprisonment in May 2023 after an appeal trial.
