Sarajevo, 22 August 2025, dtt-net.com – The Parliament of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) tonight set October 25 date for holding referendum on decisions of western-backed envoy Christian Schmidt, BiH court sentencing of pro-Russia leader Milorad Dodik – who is banned from entity’s President post – and termination of his mandate by country’s electoral body.
Of 65 lawmakers present, 50 votes in favour, none against and no abstentions. 15 opposition lawmakers of the 83-seat body present refused to vote on the referendum.
