Prishtina, 29 August 2025, dtt-net.com – Kosovo Supreme Court said today that the complaint of two members of the Vetevendosje (LVV) party of the caretaker Prime Minister Albin Kurti against the appellate election body ruling, which ordered certification of Serb List party for participation in October elections, is inadmissible.
“The Supreme Court College has dismissed as inadmissible the complaint presented by Sami Kurteshi and Alban Krasniqi, both members of the Central Election Commission (CEC), filed against the decision of the Election Panel on Complaints and Prosecutions (ECAP),” the court said.
