Belgrade, 14 September 2025, dtt-net.com – Serbia students and employees of public sector held Saturday anti-President rallies, while the ruling Progressive Party (SNS) and its governing allies held their counter-rallies too, as authoritarian President of the country is hinting at early parliamentary elections for next year.
Serbian police said around 5000 citizens and students attended rallies in 27 locations.
At the same time, according to the police 144000 people attended pro-President counter-rallies yesterday in total 125 locations, with the biggest one held in capital Belgrade and attended by President Aleksandar Vucic too.
