Brussels, 017 October 2024, dtt-net.com – The EU mediator, Miroslav Lajcak, will meet with Kosovo and Serbia chief negotiators next week, in a yet another attempt to convince the two governments to start implementing the unsigned ‘basic agreement’ of last year, despite very thin chances because of February parliamentary elections in Kosovo.
