Prishtina/Strasbourg, 16 November 2025, dtt-net.com - Thousands of Kosovo Albanians held a rally today in French town of Strasbourg in support of former leaders of Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), who are in trial at the EU-sponsored court in The Hague on charges of war crimes during the 1998-1999 war for independence from Serbia.
The rally organized by war veterans of the KLA took place as many Kosovo Albanians believe that the former President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, and three other former leaders of the now disbanded KLA, are unjustly on trial at the court which was formed by a Kosovan Parliament law in 2015 after the heavy pressure of the EU and the former USA government of Joe Biden.
