Belgrade, 24 November 2025, dtt-net.com - Five Serbia opposition parties today filed a complaint to the Constitutional Court over special law adopted at the parliament on the initiative of government and ruling party for demolition and revitalization of the former HQ of the army damaged by NATO airstrike in 1999, which paves the way for construction of a luxury hotel by companies of Donald trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushter.
Biljana Đorđević of the Green-Left Front party, said the complaint was signed by 48 lawmakers against the special law adopted by the parliament on November 7.
