Belgrade, 30 November 2025, dtt-net.com – Serbian President said today that the majority Russian-owned NIS oil refinery in the country will shutdown its operations on Tuesday (December 2), as the USA government is not agreeing for a temporary exemption of it from sanctions until exit of Russian ownership solved. “The refinery stops working on Tuesday,” Aleksandar Vucic told TV Informer today, as Washington is not responding to the request for 50-day exemption.
