Bosnia’s election body orders partial vote recount of Serb entity’s presidential elections

Sarajevo, 02 December 2025, dtt-net.com – The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) said it has decided partial vote recount in polling stations in three municipalities of last month presidential elections in Serb entity amid irregularities allegations. CEC said recount will take place in some polling stations in Banjaluka, Laktasi and Zvornik, amid complaints of irregularities of November 23 elections by opposition parties and local observers, which according to preliminary results are won by the candidate of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrat (SNSD) led by the pro-Russia former entity’s President Milorad Dodik.
