Skopje, 21 January 2026, dtt-net.com – The government of North has joined calls of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) authorities to the EU seeking to facilitate the work of Western Balkans truck drivers, amid difficulties facing because of visa rules of the EU during their daily import-export of merchandise from and to the EU countries.
North Macedonia’s Minister of Transport, Aleksandar Nikoloski, today told local lawmakers that the government has asked the foreign affairs ministry to raise the issue to the EU seeking postponement of the Entry and Exit System (EES) at EU border crossings with the countries of the region.
