Brussels, 17 March 2026, dtt-net.com – Montenegro today closed its fourteenth negotiating chapter in EU membership negotiations, as the country continues to make steps toward full membership as frontrunner in the process of total eight aspirant countries, of which six from Western Balkans region.
Today the country closed Chapter 21, which is about Trans-European networks.
