Ministers and MPs of Serb entity pay tribute to the convicted war criminal ‘Butcher of Bosnia’

Sarajevo, 30 August 2026, dtt-net.com – Several ministers and members of Serb entity’s parliament in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) attended today a tribute ceremony to the former commander of entity’s forces, Ratko Mladic, known as ‘Butcher of Bosnia’, and convicted war criminal by the UN court in The Hague over Srebrenica Genocide during the 1992-1995 war in the country, and who died three day ago serving lifetime sentence in The Hague. The ceremony organized in Han Pijesak by war veterans of the entity, who were under command of Mladic, was attended by the Prime Minister of entity, Savo Minić, the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, Staša Košarac, and Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, entity’s Minister of Interior Željko Budimir, and several members of entity’s parliament.
