Tirana, 25 March 2026, dtt-net.com – Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and his Socialist Party (PS) are preparing to pass a law in the parliament and pave the way for a national referendum aimed at reducing the number of parliament members.
The Parliament currently has 140 seats, and Rama wants to reduce it by asking the opinion of citizens.
