Tirana, 12 December 2023, dtt-net.com – Special Prosecution of Albania today asked the Parliament to lift immunity of the former President and leader of the fraction of Democratic Party (PD), Sali Berisha, who is suspected of corruption and abuse of office related to privatization process of a public property in capital Tirana, over what his son-in-law is facing charges of corruption and money laundering.
