Prishtina, 12 June 2023, dtt-net.com – Ambassadors of the five countries, known as QUINT countries today did not attend the event organized by Kosovan President and Prime Minister on the occasion of 24 years of end of war and Liberation Day from Serbia, but sent lower level representatives instead, which many in Kosovo see it as deliberate message of “boycott” by the five western powers amid criticism toward the head of the government over his approach over the recent tensions in Serb-predominantly four northern municipalities.
