Sarajevo, 27 May 2024, dtt-net.com – The new election law adopted last month by the Parliament of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will be treated by the Constitutional Court of the country, as Bosniak lawmakers complained against it using their ‘vital national interest’ right to block temporarily its entrance into force.
