Sarajevo, 06 September 2024, dtt-net.com – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Elmedin Konakovic, today expressed his dissatisfaction with the remarks of Croatia’s Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic, who yesterday criticized the 2009 ruling of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) which calls for changes in country’s constitution and electoral law to allow members of minorities to run for top posts in central institutions.
