Podgorica, 29 November 2023, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajic, tonight announced that the government decided to postpone population and households census to December 3, following earlier today decision of opposition parties to boycott it if it starts on November 30 citing unmet conditions agreed and signed by the two sides.
