Sarajevo, 05 September 2023, dtt-net.com – The court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today rejected a request by the President of Serb entity, Milorad Dodik and his lawyer, for exclusion of a judge from the case related to the indictment filed by the prosecution against him for defying decisions of western-backed envoy and country’s Constitutional Court rulings.
