Sarajevo, 02 August 2023, dtt-net.com – Following complaints by Bosniak parties to the last month law adopted by the parliament of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) which criminalizes defamation, it’s up to the entity’s Constitutional Court now to give the final word to the changes of criminal code strongly criticized by local and international media watchdogs and also the EU and USA.
