EU Commission outlines improvements and shortcomings in rule of law in Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia

Brussels, 17 July 2026, dtt-net.com – The European Commission (EC) today in its annual report on rule of law praised institutions of the four candidate countries from the Western Balkans region for reform progress made so far in rule of law, but at the same time pointed out multiple shortcomings in the process.
