Podgorica, 05 July 2026, dtt-net.com – Mediated by the head of EU office in capital Podgorica, Montenegro’s ruling and opposition parties today agreed to work together to improve recent laws on internal affairs and country’s national security agency, and election of two remaining judges in the constitutional Court, in exchange of two constitutional changes which the country needs for further progress in EU accession talks.
