Brussels, 12 March 2025, dtt-net.com – It’s nearly two years now that the European Commission (EC) has halted disbursement of 112 million Euros allocated to Albania’s agriculture sector, following a report by EU’s anti-fraud body (OLAF) which found irregularities and misuse of some 33 million Euros of an earlier programme for the same sector by local Albanian actors involved.
