Brussels, 19 June 2026, dtt-net.com – Heads of state and government of 27 EU members said they will discuss proposed new rules over enlargement of the European bloc in October, which includes a recent proposal by Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg to impose on incoming member countries temporary exemption from voting rights on enlargement, foreign affairs and defence and EU budget.
