Brussels, 17 December 2025, dtt-net.com – Leaders of EU member states and its institutions today called once more Kosovan authorities to implement 2023 unsigned agreement between Kosovo and Serbia authorities focused on controversial autonomous body for Serb minority in Kosovo, which many of Kosovo Albanians fear would cause problems of Bosnia type of internal power sharing on administrative ethnic lines.
“The absence of a normalisation of relations between Pristina and Belgrade continues to hold back both partners on their European path. All agreements reached in the EU-facilitated Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue must be implemented, in particular the Agreement on the Path to Normalisation and its Annex,” reads a joint statement of EU leaders from the Summit held today with leaders of Western Balkans countries, Serbia exemption.
