Brussels, 11 February 2026, dtt-net.com – It took only 60 minutes after Kosovo’s Albin Kurti was elected for his third term to the EU chief of diplomacy Kaja Kallas to invite him in Brussels for resumption of talks with Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic for implementation of 2023 deal focused on formation of autonomous body for Serb minority which majority of Kosovo Albanians reject – according to polls - fearing it will paralyse the new country same as Bosnia system based on ethnic and administrative lines of divisions.
“This is a new momentum to advance on EU-Kosovo relations and the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue. I am ready to host a high-level meeting soon,” Kallas told Kurti through X.
