Prishtina/Brussels, 16 December 2025, dtt-net.com –The European Commission (EC) has decided to lift some of financial sanctions on Kosovo, which were imposed by the European Union two years ago amid tensions in Serb-predominantly northern municipalities.
In a letter written to Kosovan authorities, the EC says that is lifting some of sanctions “related to the programming of the EU funds and contracting of priority projects”.
