Strasbourg/Podgorica, 18 October 2023, dtt-net.com – The European Parliament (EP) said today in a resolution adopted that the population and housing census in Montenegro, scheduled to take place in November, should take place when the ongoing political stalemate in country ceases, thus suggesting that the census should be postponed, amid calls by some opposition parties to postpone it for six months.
