EU slams Montenegro’s PM and parliamentary majority over Jasenovac resolution

Brussels/Podgorica, 02 July 2024, dtt-net.com – The last week resolution adopted by the Parliament of Montenegro over WWII war crimes in Croatia’s Jasenovac is having first negative effects on EU relations with the Western Balkans country, with top European officials cancelling a visit to the country and meeting today in Brussels with President Jakov Milatovic instead who has become an opponent of the Prime Minister Milojko Spajic and his parliamentary majority which includes pro-Serbia parties.
