Belgrade, 27 November 2023, dtt-net.com – Observers from the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) today expressed concern over election campaign in Serbia for December 17 vote, saying that the ruling Progressive Party (SNS) dominates with its presence on mainstream and local media associated with inflammatory rhetoric and hate speech by officials, pressure against opposition, journalists and civil society while also expressing concern over “dominant presence” of President Aleksandar Vucic in the media for benefit of the SNS although he personally is not running in these elections.
