Prishtina, 17 July 2025, dtt-net.com – A court in Kosovo today sentenced in absentia a Serb to fifteen years imprisonment on charges of war crimes against Albanian civilian population in 1998.
The Basic Court in capital Prishtina, found guilty Slavisa Filic of kidnaping and disappearing a Kosovo Albanian doctor in April 1998. 27 years later, the body of Doctor Hafir Shala is still missing.
