Prishtina, 16 January 2023, dtt-net.com – Kosovan foreign affairs minister said today that more rights for minorities in Serbia – referring mainly to the ethnic Albanians in Presheva Valley – should be part of EU-mediated negotiations in Brussels, while reiterating that the 2015 deal for ten Serb-majority municipalities in Kosovo will not be implemented as it was ruled unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court in Prishtina.
