Prishtina, 14 August 2024, dtt-net.com – The Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, today accused the European Commission (EC) of abandoning its own call of 2020 (page 63 of EC report) to open the bridge on Iber river in northern divided town Mitrovica for vehicle traffic “without further delay or obstruction”, and for threatening Kosovan government with additional sanctions if it doesn’t postpone plans to open the bridge for an undermined period of time and only after new negotiations with Serbia through EU-mediated talks in Brussels.
