Prishtina, 20 July 2025, dtt-net.com – Opposition parties in Kosovo are calling on judicial authorities to take action against caretaker Prime Minister Albin Kurti and several others for exercising posts in the government in technical mandate while being members of new parliament – not yet constituted – at the same time, following February elections.
“I once again call on the judicial authorities to act, enforce the law and the Constitution and value the principle for all: NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!” the lawmaker of the Democratic League (LDK), Hykmete Bajrami, said through a Facebook post.
