Prishtina, 26 August 2026, dtt-net.com – An opposition party in Kosovo today filed a criminal complaint to the prosecution against the caretaker government of the Prime Minister Albin Kurti, accusing it of taking decisions in breach of law on government, while its members are at the same time new members of parliament, yet to be constituted, following June early elections.
The lawmaker of the Alliance for Future of Kosovo (AAK), Besnik Tahiri told reporters that the party sued Kurti’s cabinet of 17 decisions taken on August 12 session, which relate to appointment of employees and commissions, land expropriation and renting, and financial disbursements.
