Prishtina, 23 April 2025, dtt-net.com – For the fourth time Kosovo parties failed today to elect new Speaker of the Parliament, as the winner party of February elections of the former prime minister Albin Kurti is failing to get sufficient votes for its nominee for the top post, thus continuing the institutional deadlock which makes impossible to proceed with election of new government without a compromise with opponent parties.
