Prishtina, 30 July 2025, dtt-net.com – The government of Donald Trump will not annul the $202 million deal between Kosovan government and the USA aid agency, the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) for electricity storage batteries (BESS), agreed by Biden’s government three years ago, Kosovan President Vjosa Osmani said today.
Osmani’s office said in a media statement that she has received an ‘official notification’ from the USA Deputy Secretary of State of the United States of America, Christopher Landau, that the new government in Washington has decided “to continue with the implementation of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact in Kosovo”.
