Prishtina, 30 December 2025, dtt-net.com - The Special Prosecution of Kosovo said it filed today an indictment against a former member of Serbia forces of war crimes on Albanian civilians during the 1998-1999 war and asked for a trial in absentia.
The prosecutor’s office said the defendant S.A. is “accused of having committed war crimes against the civilian population of Albanian nationality during the period 1998-1999, in the village of Llashticë, municipality of Gjilan, in complicity with other members of the Serbian police, paramilitary and military forces.”
