Prishtina, 09 January 2026, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of Kosovo today repealed a total of thirteen laws or amended laws and approved three others adopted by the Parliament in December 2024.
The decisions of the top court come following complaints filed by the opposition Democratic Party (PDK) toward laws sponsored by the government of the incumbent prime minister Albin Kurti.
