Prishtina, 25 March 2026, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional court of Kosovo today annulled a decree of outgoing President to dissolve the Parliament and gave lawmakers another 34 days to try elect anew one.
The top court annulled Vjosa Osmani’s dissolvement decree of March 6 and said that if after remaining 34 days it decided today, a new President in not elected, then the country goes to early parliamentary election, within 45 days after the new deadline.
