Prishtina, 02 January 2024, dtt-net.com – By renouncing mutual recognition and agreeing to the wording “without prejudice” to the Kosovo status in the 27 February 2023 deal reached in Brussels, Kosovan Prime Minister Albin Kurti has made concessions to Serbia which will lead to “gradual undoing” of Kosovo state, according to the former President of Kosovo’s Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani.

“Serbia, but also the EU itself, will report to the UN General Assembly and the Security Council on the agreements reached, in which Kosovo renounces mutual recognition and prejudice for its status as a sovereign and independent state, two the ugliest concessions that Kosovo has made since 2011. These concessions, as I said, only lead to the gradual undoing of the state of Kosovo announced on February 17, 2008,” Hasani told news website Gazetaexpress.
