Brussels, 27 June 2025, dtt-net.com – Montenegro today closed another negotiating chapter in European Union membership talks launched thirteen years ago, with authorities hoping to conclude the process next year and join the bloc in three years.
Today Chapter 5 (Public procurement) was closed. Chapter 5 is part of the Cluster 1 (Fundamentals).
Montenegro is frontrunner in EU accession negotiations.
