Podgorica, 02 March 2026, dtt-net.com – A member of the Montenegro parliament from the ruling party of the Prime Minister Milojko Spajic has criticized the idea of Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama and Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic for partial integration of candidate countries in the European Union, Montenegro media reported.
MP Jelena Nedovic from the Europe Now party (PES) is quoted as saying by saying by the Montenegro public broadcaster RTCG, that Rama’s and Vucic's idea aims to "cement” the Western Balkans region into a "front door" of the European Union with the aim of the two leaders to remain in power through their “controlled instability” in their countries.
