Podgorica, 30 October 2024, dtt-net.com – The main opposition party in Montenegro said it will initiate at the assembly of Cetinje town – the former royal capital of Montenegro – to declare the Speaker of the Parliament, Andrija Mandic, “persona non grata” by the town, accusing him of “humiliation” of ethnic Montenegrins and the town.
