Podgorica, 19 May 2026, dtt-net.com – The Parliament of Montenegro today went ahead with the controversial amended law on the Constitutional court and voted it again without and changes despite the call of President to review it.
41 lawmakers of the ruling majority of the Prime Minister Milojko Spajic voted in favour, 15 of the opposition were against and no abstentions, after President Milojko Spajic refused to decree it and returned it to the legislative body asking for review.
