Podgorica, 27 December 2024, dtt-net.com – After more than a year of disputes between local courts, the government of Montenegro decided today to extradite the South Korean crypto-currency trader Kwon Do to the United States and not to his native country, as he is wanted by both countries for wiping some 40 billion USA dollars from the crypto-currency market two years ago.
