Sources from the Cyprus EU Presidency confirmed that at the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) which will take place in Luxembourg, Montenegro and the EU will close Chapter 2 on Freedom of Movement for Workers, and the Chapter 28 on Consumer and Health protection.
