Podgorica/Tirana, 17 April 2026, dtt-net.com – Both countries of the Western Balkans region are frontrunners in EU membership process, but the governments of the two countries differ completely when it comes to immunity of government members for criminal offences against official duty.
The government in Montenegro, today adopted a Proposal for amending the Constitution to remove immunity of holders of executive power.
