Strasbourg/Podgorica, 22 March 2024, dtt-net.com – The Council of Europe (CoE) Commissioner for Human Rights, Dunja Mijatović, called Montenegro institutions to adopt of a set of media laws, the Law on Protection of Equality and Prohibition of Discrimination, and the Law on Legal Gender Recognition Based on Self-Determination, in order to ensure their “full compliance with the relevant human rights standards.”
